Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic blending of essential oils which has many applications.

Aromatherapy is generally applied in the form of a gentle pressure massage in a clinic setting, although your aromatherapist may create custom blends for you to use at home in a body oil or bath blend for example.

Aromatherapists create custom blends based upon the needs of the individual, taking into account the client’s history and the current needs.

Holistic/Therapeutic Massage

Also known as Swedish massage or therapeutic massage, holistic massage is the application of a medium pressure massage which targets the superficial muscles of the body (those muscles which lie closest to the surface of the skin).  The use of holistic massage considers the person as a whole being, considering the clients physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing as an integral part of the treatment.
