Trevor has worked with the body all of his life, firstly as a performing artist.  In 2004 he retrained in  Sports and Remedial massage, Orthopaedic/Medical Acupuncture, Pilates and Osteopathy. Since then he has helped many people who have experienced stress as a result of pain, joint and mobility problems. 

 

He is  registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) along with being  a member of the  Institute of Osteopathy (iO) the Osteopathic Performing Arts Care Association (OPACA) and the British Performing Arts Medicine Association (BAPAM).

 

Along with his practices he is a qualified teacher, mentor and coach.  Trevor continues to teach Sports Massage, Sports Rehabilitation, Osteopathy and other CPD workshops for manual therapists at a variety of colleges, private institutions and an Osteopathic University in London.

Sarah is a qualified massage therapist who has been practising for 8 years. She is a full member of both the Complementary Health Professionals and the Government regulated body the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and is governed by their code of conduct. 

​

Sarah started her practice as a mobile therapist before progressing to a clinic-based environment. In 2013 Sarah joined the massage team at Paul’s Cancer Support Centre providing support through massage for both cancer patients and carers.

In 2016 Sarah set up her own clinic-based massage practice at 7R gym in Woolwich.

 

Sarah also holds a clinic at Amanda Hall Physiotherapy in Wimbledon. 

With the completion of her ITEC qualification in sports and remedial massage in 2014 Sarah began to focus her practice on pain management.  Sarah strives to use a variety of techniques in the reduction of pain when treating clients.

Janet has over 30 years experience working with people who are suffering from pain and discomfort. She takes an integrated approach using a variety of soft tissue techniques to ensure every treatment is person centred and effective.

Jan have been practising for fifteen years as a therapist including deep tissue massage – specialist pain reduction on abdomen, neck, back and limbs; aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, Japanese facial rejuvenation and pregnancy massage.  She is also specialised in lymphatic manual drainage in order to support this system and to help alleviate oedema.   She currently teaches massage and anatomy and physiology at a college in London.
