SPORTS & REMEDIAL MASSAGE
A combination of classical and advanced soft tissue massage techniques designed to release areas of muscular imbalances caused by injuries, rehabilitation, postural or regular sporting activities. Techniques include Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Techniques, Positional Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Soft Tissue Release along with exercise recommendations.

ORTHOPAEDIC ACUPUNCTURE
The use of classical Acupuncture in the context of treating musculoskeletal imbalances. Fine needles are placed in specific points of the body relating to the meridian map aiding in restoring a normalised function. Cupping, electro acupuncture and moxa may also be used.

I have found incorporating Acupuncture with Osteopathy and Sports Massage most beneficial in treating musculoskeletal complaints.
